RETURNS
Goods purchased from KaHo Prints may be returned within 14 days of purchase providing they are unused, with tags attached and in their original condition and packaging. Please notify us within 7 days of you receiving your order by email at mailto:kahoprints@gmail.com if you wish to return it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES
We cannot refund or replace lost items for 20 working days after the date of dispatch. Royal Mail does not deem items “lost” until after this amount of time. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of the courier or Royal Mail.
