DELIVERY

Most orders are dispatched within 1-3 days from the date of order. If you need your order sooner then please choose the ‘Express Delivery’ option and send us an email and we will do our best to organise this for you…

Please note that orders placed on a weekend or a UK public holiday will be despatched on the following working day.

Occasionally there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods or seasonal holidays.

Orders are despatched by Royal Mail standard tracked post or ParcelForce for heavier parcels.

If the item which you order is out of stock, or is going to be delayed in anyway, we will contact you via email and offer you the option to cancel should you not wish to wait.

If you would like to “collect in person” we are located in Lurgashall, a small village 5 miles away from Petworth. Just email us at: kahoprints@gmail.com to arrange a collection.

We are happy to ship internationally. If you would like to do this, please email us with a list of items you would like to order and your full postal address for delivery and we will provide you with a quote. International shipping is passed on at cost price to our customers and you will be responsible for any import and shipping duties incurred at destination.


UK Post and Packaging costs are as follows:

£5.95 for standard tracked delivery by Royal Mail. Normal delivery within 3-5 working days.

£10 Express delivery. Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail next day delivery.

Free delivery over £250

GIFT WRAPPING – If you would like us to include a hand written gift card and wrap an item bought from KaHo Prints – we are so happy to do this for you. Whilst we do not offer gift wrapping as an “extra”, we will ensure that it is wrapped with extra tissue and ribbon.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be happy with your order, however should you wish to return an item for any reason please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by email at kahoprints@gmail.com.

Goods must be sent back within 14 days or receiving them. All items must be returned in original packaging and with original tags attached. You are responsible for the arrangement and cost of the return shipping and the delivery with the exception of damaged items. It is strongly advised that you use a tracked postage service with insurance as we cannot offer refunds for any items that fail to reach us. We reserve the right to return any of the merchandise that does not meet the KaHo return requirement. All products purchased on sale are non returnable.

Please be sure to include your full name, address and order number with your returned goods.

We will process a refund to your original payment method as soon as we have received your parcel. Please note that it can take 5-7 working days to reach your account.
