We reserve the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time and your continued use of this website following any such amendment will demonstrate your acceptance to be bound by the modified terms and conditions. JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions and every transaction made on this website will be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND MEASUREMENTS
Thorough attention has been given to ensure that the product descriptions and measurements listed on this website are correct and accurate. However, though the colours displayed are of a very close representation, slight variations of the products may occur and the actual colours you see will depend on your computer equipment. Measurements given are approximate and each and every piece sold on this website is hand made and the quality is checked once finished. Due to the hand crafed nature, no two pieces are the same, slight variations may occur, this is part of their uniqueness and should not be considered a fault.

CONTRACT
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. You must pay at the time of your order. Once an order has been received goods will be dispatched within 1-7 working days. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase the products from us. If products are shown on the site but are unavailable or incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, we are not obliged to sell you those goods.

PURCHASE
All stated prices are inclusive of VAT and are stated in GBP. All stated delivery times include packaging and warehouse fulfilment. If the items are not in stock we will let you know as soon as possible. All goods sold are subject to availability. We accept credit and debit card payments. We do not keep a record of your credit or debit card details. Please note that if a technical fault results in an inaccurate price being shown KaHo Prints is not required to honour this price.

ONLINE ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order please email us immediately at mailto:kahoprints@gmail.com. They can be cancelled at any time up until the order is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to redirect it therefore please return the parcel for a refund once you have received it.


DISCOUNT CODES
We may offer promotional disount codes, which may apply in respect of orders made at KaHo Prints. These codes may only be used on full-price iterms and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts. We retain the right to withdraw or cancel a discount or promotion at any time.

DELIVERY
The delivery prices for orders are set out in our Delivery and Returns section. All our prices are inclusive of VAT. Items will be sen to the delivery address provided at the time of order – it is your responsibility to ensure that this is the correct address. If you order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs. Please note that any import, duty and taxes incurred for shopping to International countries are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS
Goods purchased from KaHo Prints may be returned within 14 days of purchase providing they are unused, with tags attached and in their original condition and packaging. Please notify us within 7 days of you receiving your order by email at mailto:kahoprints@gmail.com if you wish to return it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

LATE OR LOST DELIVERIES
We cannot refund or replace lost items for 20 working days after the date of dispatch. Royal Mail does not deem items “lost” until after this amount of time. We cannot be held responsible for any delays once the goods have left us and are in the possession of the courier or Royal Mail.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If the goods we deliver are incorrect, damaged or the incorrect quantity, we have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery. If you do not receive the goods ordered within 7 working days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem within 14 days of the days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify us of a problem under this condition, our only responsibility will be to redeliver, refund or replace the damaged item. None of our directors, employees, suppliers or other affiliates will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage as a result of your use of this website.

Your use of this website is at your own risk. KaHo Prints will not be held responsible for any special or consequential damages, personal injury, or expense of any nature that results from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on the website, including damages caused by viruses or any incorrectness or incompleteness of the information on the website, or the performance of the products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to fully indemnify us, our directors, employees, suppliers, and / or other representatives from and against all liabilities against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website. We reserve the right to terminate your use of this website immediately if we believe you are in breach of these terms and conditions.
